MA Early Years Education

Awards available: MA (180 credits), Postgraduate Diploma (120 credits), Postgraduate Certificate (60 credits)
Study Mode: Part-time
Programme delivery:  Carmarthen Campus, with some distance learning possible
Start dates: September 2011

The MA Early Years Education takes a critical and analytic overview of children’s early learning and sets this in the context of social learning and societal influences. The degree is rooted in powerful underpinning values including the principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and the primacy of play in children’s early learning.
